Refund & Return Policy
1. Firearms & Serialized Items
Sales of firearms and other serialized items are final once the transfer is completed at the receiving FFL. If a transfer cannot be completed due to a failed background check, FFL refusal, or legal restriction, the firearm will be returned to us. After inspection, a refund will be issued minus actual shipping/insurance costs and a restocking fee of up to 15%. Store credit may be offered in lieu of a cash refund to waive the restocking fee.
2. Custom Work & Gunsmithing
Custom builds, ignition packages, reliability work, and other labor services are non-refundable once work has begun. Quotes are provided after inspection.
3. Parts & Accessories (Non-Serialized)
Unused, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping at the buyer’s expense. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping anything back. Opened, installed, or used items are not eligible for return except for verified defect.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
5. Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
