Include a copy of the customer’s driver’s license and current contact information with the transfer.

How to send a transfer

Download our FFL and send it to the shipping dealer or seller.
Email info@magnoliaforge.co with the shipper name, tracking number, firearm description, and the customer’s name and phone.
Ship to the licensed premise on the FFL copy. Do not ship to a residential address.

Fees

Inbound transfers only. A gun you buy from Magnolia Forge ships UPS 2-Day for $35. That buyer’s receiving FFL bills its own transfer fee.
Service	Fee	What it covers
Title I inbound — first item	$50	Handgun, long gun, or receiver. Form 4473 and NICS included.
Each additional Title I — same transaction	$20	Same buyer, same visit.
Sender is not an FFL	+$10	Private-party inbound only.
NFA inbound — per item	$75	Suppressor, SBR, AOW, machine gun. Email before it ships.

Transfer is completed on ATF Form 4473 after NICS approval. We call when the firearm is ready for pickup. A carrier delivery notice is not a pickup notice.

NFA

NFA items move on Form 3 or Form 4. Email info@magnoliaforge.co before the item ships. We confirm the $75 fee before we accept the box.

Timing

Allow at least one business day after delivery for the firearm to be logged. Pickup is by appointment after we confirm it is ready.
