Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through magnoliaforge.co and related sales channels operated by Magnolia Forge LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Type 01 Federal Firearms Licensee and Class 03 Special Occupational Taxpayer located in Madison, Mississippi.
1. Firearms
- All firearms (handguns, long guns, receivers, and other serialized firearms) are shipped only to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). We do not ship firearms to residential addresses or non-licensees.
- Buyer must provide a valid receiving FFL (name, address, and FFL number or a signed copy of the FFL) before shipment.
- The receiving FFL will conduct the ATF Form 4473 and NICS (or state-equivalent) background check. Transfer is completed only after the buyer passes the required checks and any applicable state waiting periods or requirements.
- Buyer is responsible for any transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL.
- Out-of-state handgun sales follow federal interstate transfer rules and ship only to a licensed dealer.
2. Parts, Accessories & Non-Serialized Items
- Non-serialized parts, grips, triggers, optics, and accessories may ship to the address provided at checkout where legally permitted.
- Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring the item is legal to possess in their jurisdiction.
3. NFA Items
NFA items (suppressors, SBRs, etc.) are handled on a separate Form 3 / Form 4 path and are not processed through the standard website cart. Contact us for NFA transfers.
4. Shipping Methods & Timing
- In-stock non-firearm items typically ship within 1–3 business days.
- Firearms ship within 3–5 business days after we receive a valid copy of the receiving FFL and any required paperwork.
- Carriers are selected at our discretion (commonly UPS or FedEx). Adult signature (21+) is required on firearms and ammunition shipments where applicable.
- Tracking is provided once the package ships.
5. State & Local Restrictions
We do not ship any item that is prohibited under federal law or the laws of the destination state. Certain states (including but not limited to CA, NY, NJ, MA, CT, MD, IL, WA, and others) have additional restrictions on firearms, magazines, parts, and ammunition. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know and comply with all applicable laws. Orders that cannot be lawfully completed may be cancelled; return shipping and any restocking fees may apply.
6. Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for firearms pass upon delivery to the designated receiving FFL. For non-firearm items, risk of loss passes upon delivery to the carrier or the address provided.
