By placing an order or using this website you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.
1. Eligibility & Legal Compliance
You must be legally eligible to purchase the items ordered. It is solely your responsibility to know and comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, transfer, and use of firearms, parts, and accessories in your jurisdiction.
2. Firearm Sales
All firearms are sold subject to completion of ATF Form 4473 and a successful NICS (or state equivalent) background check at a licensed FFL. Firearms ship only to a receiving FFL. If the transfer cannot be completed (denial, refusal, or legal restriction), the order may be cancelled and the firearm returned; restocking and return shipping costs may apply.
3. Products & Pricing
Products and services (including custom work, parts, and labor) are described on the site. Prices are subject to change. Custom and gunsmithing work is quoted after inspection.
4. Payment
Payment is processed through Payroc when a card is collected. You authorize the charge for the amount confirmed on that order, including applicable tax and shipping. A site request is not a charge.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magnolia Forge LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the specific item or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
