Dealer to dealer. An item coming to us from another SOT, or going from us to your dealer, moves on an approved Form 3 before it ships. Form 3 shipping is $35 to $45, stated on the item.

To you. The transfer to you is filed on Form 4 and the item stays here until ATF approves it. Pickup is by appointment after approval.
